Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Senior Project Manager. The Senior Project Manager will oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of villa development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, expediting project schedules, managing resources, conducting inspections at various project stages, and ensuring effective logistics management. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to deliver projects aligned with HADI Homes' standards of excellence.
Qualifications
- Candidate with 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in the field.
- Strong expertise in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring of construction or development projects.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor roles to manage project timelines and ensure faster delivery of tasks.
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including coordinating supply chains, materials, and on-site activities.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Ability to facilitate effective communication and collaboration between diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in high-end residential or luxury property development is an advantage.
