Hiring: Senior Project Manager – Glazing & Façade Projects

Salary: ₹12–18 Lakhs per annum (based on experience)
Glassfab Systems is a leading glazing and façade contracting company specializing in the design, fabrication, and execution of high-quality glazing and façade projects. We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects from planning through successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end execution of glazing and façade projects.
● Lead project teams, including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
● Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
● Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
● Monitor project schedules, procurement, cost control, and resource allocation.
● Ensure compliance with safety standards and contractual obligations.
● Conduct regular site reviews, client meetings, and progress reporting.
● Oversee project documentation, billing, and final handover.
Eligibility
● Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
● 8–15 years of relevant experience in glazing, façade, aluminium systems, or construction project management.
● Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
● Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
● Knowledge of MS Project, Primavera, or similar project management tools is an added advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
● CTC: ₹12–18 Lakhs per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
