Role Description: This is a full-time, remote role for a Senior Project Manager at Fly2 Mk Adventure Private Limited. The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of travel-related projects and process improvement initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and milestones, tracking deliverables, and resolving issues that may impact schedules, costs, or service quality. The role will also involve leading stakeholder meetings, preparing project reports, managing vendor and logistics partners, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives. The Senior Project Manager will mentor junior team members, contribute to project governance and best practices, and support continuous improvement in operations and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong project ownership with proven expertise in Project Management, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on experience as an Expeditor, with solid Expediting skills to follow up on deliverables, accelerate timelines, and remove bottlenecks.
- Working knowledge of Inspection processes to ensure quality, compliance, and adherence to defined requirements across partners and vendors.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate travel services, vendor operations, and resource allocation across multiple projects or locations.
- Several years of experience in a senior project management role, ideally in travel, hospitality, logistics, or related service industries.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with strong attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are an advantage.
