Role Description
The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery for immigration and visa consulting engagements, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad, responsible for managing project plans, coordinating resources, and monitoring project progress across multiple teams. Day-to-day tasks include supervising expediting activities, aligning inspection schedules, optimizing logistics management, and resolving operational issues to keep projects on track. The role also involves stakeholder communication, risk assessment, reporting on project performance, and mentoring junior project staff to maintain best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely movement of documents, approvals, and project deliverables.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to coordinate, review, and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
- Proven experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in consulting, immigration, or service-oriented industries.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with attention to detail and process optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field; a project management certification (such as PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
