Role Overview
We are hiring for a combined APM / Project Manager role (2-5+ years of experience) based out of our Mumbai office. The selected candidate will lead teams and resources to deliver high-quality market research projects on time and within budget. This is an execution-heavy, client-facing role that demands precision, accountability, and deep knowledge of the online research ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end online quantitative research projects from setup to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality benchmarks are met.
• Work closely with online panel providers and internal teams to recruit respondents across Consumer, B2B, and Healthcare segments.
• Oversee sampling strategies including quota management, feasibility assessment, and panel blending.
• Monitor data quality throughout fieldwork, implementing checks for speeding, straight-lining, duplicate responses, and fraudulent entries.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders on project briefs, updates, and deliverables.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Work within EST/PST timezone hours to align with North American client schedules.
• Liaise with panel partners, vendors, and suppliers to ensure cost-effective and high-quality sample delivery.
• Track project costs, utilization, and margins while flagging any risks proactively.
• Support and mentor junior team members (PM level).
• Document project processes, learnings, and best practices for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Online Panel & Sampling (Mandatory)
• Solid understanding of how online panels work, panel recruitment, panel management, and respondent engagement.
• Hands-on experience with online sampling methodologies including programmatic sampling, router-based sampling, and blended sample strategies.
• Experience working with Consumer Panels, B2B Panels, and/or Healthcare Panels.
• Ability to assess project feasibility and provide accurate CPI/timeline estimates.
• Strong understanding of data quality protocols, trap questions, red herring checks, and post-field cleaning.
Project Management & General Skills
• 2-5+ years of experience in online research project management (APM: 2-3 yrs | PM: 4-5+ yrs).
• Ability to lead teams and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for client and vendor interaction.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
• Comfortable working in EST/PST business hours from Mumbai.
Good to Have
• Exposure to CATI, CAPI, or mixed-mode research methodologies.
• Experience with qualitative research coordination (IDIs, focus groups).
• Familiarity with tracking studies, ad-hoc studies, and omnibus surveys.
• Understanding of statistical concepts such as significance testing, weighting, and margin of error.
• Experience with healthcare or physician panel recruitment is a strong plus.
Role Level Differentiation
Associate Project Manager (2-3 years): Works under guidance from senior PMs. Primarily responsible for day-to-day fieldwork execution, vendor coordination, quota tracking, and status updates.
Project Manager (4-5+ years): Independently manages complex, multi-market online research projects. Owns client relationships, leads vendor negotiations, mentors junior staff, and contributes to process improvements.
