About CloudGate
CloudGate is a Microsoft Solutions Partner headquartered in the UAE, with offices in Cairo, Riyadh, Bangalore, and London. We deliver Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cloud Security projects for leading banks, energy companies, and large enterprises across MENA, Africa, and Asia.
The Role
We are hiring a Project Manager to plan, schedule, and orchestrate the delivery of Microsoft cloud engagements across our regional customer base. You will be the single point of accountability for project plans, resource utilization, milestones, and customer communications — working closely with architects, engineers, and presales. This is a fully remote role based in India, supporting projects across multiple time zones.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain detailed project schedules in Microsoft Project — WBS, tasks, dependencies, milestones, and baselines
- Plan and track resource allocation and utilization across concurrent engagements; flag conflicts early and re-balance with the PMO
- Run project kick-offs, weekly status meetings, steering committees, and customer governance calls
- Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and drive issues to closure
- Track effort against estimates, manage scope changes through formal change requests, and protect project margin
- Produce weekly status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries for customers and CloudGate leadership
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and third-party vendors to keep delivery on plan
- Manage timesheets, billable utilization, and invoicing milestones in coordination with finance
What You Bring
- 2 to 3 years of project management experience in IT services, systems integration, or cloud delivery
- Strong, demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Project — schedule construction, critical path, baselines, and resource leveling
- Hands-on experience with resource planning, allocation, and utilization tracking across multiple concurrent projects
- Solid grasp of project planning fundamentals: WBS, estimation, dependency management, and earned-value basics
- Working knowledge of waterfall and agile/hybrid delivery models
- Excellent command of Microsoft 365 — Excel (pivot tables, formulas), PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong written and spoken English; clear communication with both technical and executive audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or a related field
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable owning multiple workstreams remotely
What We Offer
- Fully remote — work from home with flexible hours
- Ownership of meaningful, regional-scale projects from day one
- Sponsored certifications (PMP / PRINCE2 / Microsoft) and a structured growth plan
- Direct exposure to senior architects, customer executives, and Microsoft stakeholders
- Competitive compensation, performance bonus, and clear path to Senior PM / PMO Lead
