About the Role
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex technical initiatives across our technology ecosystem. This role requires a strong technical foundation combined with excellent project leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
The ideal candidate will work closely with engineering, product, design, QA, and business stakeholders to manage project lifecycles, mitigate risks, and drive high-quality outcomes. Success in this role means ensuring efficient coordination across teams, proactive problem-solving, and consistent delivery of technology projects that support organizational growth and innovation.

What You Will Do
• Manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and implementation timelines
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
• Identify and mitigate risks proactively while resolving issues that impact project timelines or deliverables
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
• Track project performance using key performance indicators and provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and dependencies
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to maintain transparency and accountability
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines while optimizing delivery outcomes
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve team efficiency
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and project management best practices

Education & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or similar roles managing complex technical initiatives
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams and enterprise projects
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials
• Experience using project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Microsoft Project
• Familiarity with cloud computing, software development, data analytics, or cybersecurity environments
• Experience working in fast-paced technology or SaaS organizations
