We are hiring a Senior Project Manager with 9+ years of experience to lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology, software, and digital transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise project delivery, stakeholder management, project governance, resource planning, risk management, budgeting, and cross-functional leadership.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead multiple technology/digital projects from initiation to closure
• Own project scope, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, and delivery outcomes
• Drive project governance, status reporting, RAID management, and executive reviews
• Manage stakeholders across business, technology, leadership, vendors, and partners
• Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery blockers
• Manage resource allocation, project financials, forecasting, and utilization
• Lead governance meetings, steering committees, and leadership reviews
• Drive change management and assess impact on scope, cost, and timelines
• Ensure projects meet defined quality, delivery, and business objectives
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and governance practices
🔹 What We're Looking For
• 9+ years of experience in IT Project Management, Software Delivery, Digital Transformation, or Technology Consulting
• Strong understanding of SDLC and technology delivery frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall & Hybrid methodologies
• Experience managing large-scale or enterprise technology projects
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, and cross-functional team management experience
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience managing budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, and project governance
🔹 Preferred
• PMP / PRINCE2 / PMI-ACP / CSM or equivalent certification
• Experience in large IT services, technology consulting, or enterprise environments
• Exposure to Cloud, Digital Transformation, Data, AI/ML, or modern software delivery
• Experience working with global and distributed teams
