The Role
We are looking for a high-energy Senior Project Manager to lead our MDM practice. This role is designed for a delivery expert who can own customer relationships end-to-end. We need a leader who is comfortable being the "Single Point of Contact" for global clients and can navigate the complexities of both software products and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Ownership: Act as the primary lead for global clients. You will be responsible for building trust and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Project Delivery: Manage multiple, demanding MDM projects simultaneously. You must ensure they are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality.
- Executive Communication: Present complex project updates and data strategies clearly to senior leadership and C-suite stakeholders.
- Technical & Business Alignment: Bridge the gap between technical teams and business requirements to ensure our AI-driven MDM solutions solve real-world problems.
- Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify project risks and implement solutions before they impact the client or the timeline.
What We Are Looking Fo
- Experience: 8–12 years in Project Management, with at least 4 years focused on Master Data Management (MDM) or large-scale data projects
- Versatility: Proven experience in both Software Product environments and Professional Services
- Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written English skills are non-negotiable. You must be able to articulate value and lead discussions confidently
- Delivery Mindset: A track record of managing "demanding" accounts or leading delivery in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
- Global Exposure: Strong experience working with international clients and understanding global business etiquette
.Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong understanding of ERP data models (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus, but a proven track record of successful delivery is our priority
