Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Senior Project Manager – Interior Projects. The Senior Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project management for interior design projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Daily responsibilities include planning and managing resources, coordinating with vendors and contractors, expediting materials, conducting inspections, and streamlining logistics. The role also involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure that project goals and visions are met with excellence.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Project Management, including planning, organizing, and executing design projects.
- Proficiency in Expediting processes and ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of Inspection processes to ensure quality and adherence to project standards.
- Skills in Logistics Management to plan seamless transportation and procurement of materials.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience managing large-scale interior design projects, particularly in residential and commercial spaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is advantageous.
