? Results driven Project Manager responsible for end to end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, risk management, and closure. ? Skilled in managing scope, schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring timely, high quality, and cost effective delivery. ? Strong expertise in stakeholder management, governance reporting, communication, and handling escalations across internal and client teams. ? Leads cross functional teams (developers, QA, architects, BAs, vendors) and drives accountability, alignment, and continuous improvement. ? Experienced in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models, with hands on experience using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project. ? Proficient in managing T&M and fixed bid engagements, tracking financials, burn rates, and forecasting. ? Ensures adherence to SDLC processes, quality standards, compliance, and documentation requirements. ? Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills, with the ability to proactively anticipate risks and drive mitigations. ? Good to have certifications as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, demonstrating expertise in structured project governance and methodologies.
