Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Senior Project Lead, based in Canada. The Senior Project Lead will oversee immigration consultancy operations, manage projects, oversee communication with clients, ensure compliance with immigration regulations, and provide strategic guidance to the team. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team management, project coordination, and leadership skills.
- In-depth understanding of immigration regulations, policies, and processes, particularly for Canada.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client-facing engagements and collaboration.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex cases efficiently.
- Proficient organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in tools and software for documentation and project management.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse, dynamic, and fast-paced environment.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a master’s degree is advantageous.
