Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Project Engineer with strong experience in software development, cloud technologies, and project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, customer interaction, and successful project delivery while adhering to quality and process standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Interact with customers to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
• Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS) and effort estimates.
• Design and develop scalable software solutions in collaboration with technical leads.
• Own project execution and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and milestones.
• Perform code reviews, design reviews, and ensure adherence to development standards.
• Conduct unit, module, and integration testing to ensure quality deliverables.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide regular project status updates.
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development initiatives.
• Follow software release processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
