Job Summary

Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Engineer (Civil) to lead and manage residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, project planning, quality control, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

• Lead and supervise construction projects from planning to completion.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Site Execution & Supervision

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of construction activities.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper implementation of structural drawings and technical specifications.
• Monitor material usage, productivity, and workmanship quality.

Quality Control

• Ensure compliance with construction standards, quality guidelines, and project specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
• Resolve technical issues related to design or construction.

Safety Management

• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and site safety protocols.
• Conduct safety briefings and inspections to minimize risks.

Coordination & Communication

• Maintain effective communication with clients, consultants, architects, and management.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for timely availability of materials.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and site updates to management.

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain project documentation including BOQs, work orders, progress reports, and site records.
• Track project milestones and report progress, delays, and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E / Diploma in Civil Engineering).
• 7–12 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Experience in residential and commercial building projects preferred.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, structural drawings, and project management.
• Experience in site execution and project supervision.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple contractors.
• Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality control processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
