Senior Project Engineer (Project Controls & Quality)

About the Role
Damos Corporation is looking for experienced Senior Project Engineers to support international clients across construction, engineering, and project delivery. The role requires strong expertise in project controls, quality documentation, planning, and technical documentation for EPC and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage Work Packs and Method Statements.
Develop and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Inspection Test Reports (ITRs).
Perform Quantity Take-offs (QTOs) and estimation.
Prepare and maintain Quality Management Plans (QMPs).
Prepare RFQ packages and support tender documentation.
Maintain daily project reports and technical documentation.
Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with client specifications and quality standards.
Ensure documentation complies with project requirements and international standards.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical).
5 to 10 years of experience in construction, EPC, mining, oil & gas, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), ITPs, and project documentation.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to work independently with international clients.
Preferred Skills
Experience preparing engineering and quality documentation for international projects.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Knowledge of project controls and construction methodologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools is an advantage.
