This role is responsible for plan and coordinate all phases of a construction project to ensure its completed safely, on time, and within budget.

About the Role:
- Lead and manage electrical engineering activities including power distribution, UPS systems, DG systems, and associated infrastructure in data centre/critical projects.
- Review electrical technical specifications, drawings, and tender documents for equipment, materials, and construction contracts.
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring adherence to design and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and vendors for smooth execution and timely project delivery.
- Monitor project schedules, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and incorporate lessons learned into project execution.
- Manage project documentation including scope, budgets, timelines, procurement strategy, and reporting.
- Ensure timely closure of punch points, issue logs, and readiness for RFS and project handover.
- Support client interactions and provide technical inputs for proposals, quotations, and project discussions
About You
- BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- 7–11 years of experience in electrical engineering projects, preferably in data centres or critical infrastructure
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems such as HT/LT panels, transformers, UPS, DG, and power distribution
- Hands-on experience in testing and commissioning of electrical systems
- Good understanding of electrical codes, standards, and safety practices
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
