Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Jaipur, for a Senior Project Coordinator. The Senior Project Coordinator will oversee project timelines, ensure all deliverables are met, and manage project resources effectively. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams for expediting materials and services, conducting project inspections, managing logistics, and ensuring successful project execution from initiation to completion. The role also involves monitoring project progress and resolving any issues that may arise to ensure compliance with quality and timeline requirements.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure timely materials and deliverables
- Strong experience in Project Management, including planning, executing, and ensuring project milestones
- Expertise in Inspection processes to ensure quality assurance standards are consistently met
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to ensure seamless coordination of resources and timely delivery
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teams while coordinating cross-functional departments
- Proficiency in project management tools and software is advantageous
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus
