Project Coordinator — Engineering Services Firm

AZE Engineering — Fully Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM UAE time, Monday–Friday | 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM on Saturdays

AZE Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of engineering documents and drawings before final submission. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards across all project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and verify engineering drawings, calculations, and documents for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and client requirements
• Check consistency between drawings, BOQs, reports, and design documents
• Identify discrepancies, errors, or missing information and coordinate with engineers/designers for corrections
• Maintain document control procedures and version tracking
• Ensure proper formatting, naming conventions, and documentation standards are followed
• Support QA/QC processes and audits
• Maintain records of checked documents and approvals
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across projects

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering or related field
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and documentation standards
• Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, PDF markup tools, and MS Office
• Familiarity with BIM processes and document management systems is an advantage
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple documents

Preferred Skills

• Experience in structural or infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of QA/QC procedures in engineering workflows
• Familiarity with international standards and codes
