Role Description
EssEnn Architect's is looking to onboard a Senior Architect with 10 years of Professional Experience with strong design leadership and execution capabilities to drive large-scale architectural projects, particularly in the hospitality sector.
This role is suited for professionals who can balance design intent, technical detailing, and on-ground execution, while leading teams and managing stakeholder expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Architecture, with experience in design development and execution
- Proficiency in Project Management and coordination across multidisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of BIM and its application in architectural practices
- Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design principles and sustainable practices
- Experience in preparing and reviewing project Submittals
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- He/she should be able to relocate to Hyderabad
