Role Description
The Senior Program Manager for Canada Opportunities will oversee and manage end-to-end immigration programs, ensuring seamless client experiences and adherence to Canadian immigration guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Canada. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients, creating tailored immigration strategies, managing application workflows, collaborating with team members, and staying updated on current immigration laws and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to oversee and coordinate multiple visa-related processes simultaneously
- Proficiency in problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking
- Experience in client relationship management and excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration policies, programs, and processes
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Familiarity with immigration platforms and related technology tools is a plus
