Role Description
Esse India is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Abroad Opportunities on a full-time. The role involves overseeing and managing end-to-end immigration and abroad opportunities programs, designing customized plans for clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring compliance with immigration policies. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining communication with clients, providing guidance on complex cases, managing project timelines, and ensuring client satisfaction while driving process improvements for efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Strong program management, organizational, and time-management skills to lead end-to-end project execution and meet deadlines effectively.
- Deep knowledge of global immigration policies and regulations, particularly for Canada, along with the ability to stay updated on legal requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills for handling complex client cases and unexpected situations.
- Proficiency with project management tools and client relationship management
- Educational background in International Relations, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
