About the Role
GGS is looking for a AI Native Senior Program Manager for a 0-1 ed-tech and product team. This role will be responsible for quantifying each aspect of product and software Lifecyle. This is a builder role, not a caretaker role. You won't just manage a backlog and metrics; you will setup foundation of processes and operational metrics for overall product and tech organisation. If you thrive in ambiguity, ownership, and speed, and want to lead a project management through the high-stakes 0-to-1 journey, this role is for you.
What Will You Do?
The Senior Project Manager will:
- Process and Change Management: Define, Own and lead the SDLC Process and change management in fast paced Software Engineering and Product organisation.
- Have AI Native: Adopt an "Agentic-First" approach to generate Operations and Developer Productivity report with aim of optimisation and improvement
- Optimize Performance: Leverage data and insights to continuously improve cost, productivity and quality.
- Developer Productivity – Drive sprint planning, release tracking, and cross-team dependency management, and have Immense experience of nuances of SDLC and developer productivity right from requirements until delivery
- Iterate with Precision:Identify leakages through metrics and suggest improvements:
- Team Management: Should be able to work closely with Product and tech stakeholders.
- Collaboration - Ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations
- Progress Management - Track program health using defined KPIs and measurable outcomes
- Stakeholder Management - Facilitate governance forums and leadership updates with clarity and precision
- Improvements - Improve execution frameworks, documentation standards, and delivery processes
- Improvements - Drive post-release reviews and continuous optimization
What Must You Bring?
- 4 to 8 Years of Experience: Proven track record of end-to-end ownership of process management, change request management
- Compliance - Demonstrate expertise in meeting ISO* certifications
- Execution: Have strong prioritisation skills, relentless execution attitude and can articulate and navigate in fast paced environments.
- Analytical Rigor: Great expertise in Excel, SQL, and operational Lense towards each problem.
- Technical Rigor – Deep understanding tech and product terms and jargons, MS Azure DevOps, JIRA and SDLC software
What Skills Must You Have?
- Program planning and roadmap structuring
- First Principles, Data First and Document First Approach
- Establish process adherence practice for SAAS, B2B or D2C Products
- Strong SDLC Governance and Practices
- Security First approach
- Expertise with SQL
- Ed-Tech Domain Expertise is a plus
- Agile execution and sprint governance
- Risk assessment and mitigation planning
- Stakeholder communication and leadership reporting
- Dependency and change management
- Deep knowledge of product lifecycle and technology architecture
- Proficiency with program management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)
- Strong documentation and process-building capability
