We are looking for a high-calibre Senior Program Manager who can take ownership of growth-oriented business programmes, lead teams, engage strategically with clients, and drive both operational and commercial outcomes.
The role combines business development, P&L ownership, team leadership, market engagement, and analytics-driven solution delivery.
🔎 Key Responsibilities:
• Define and drive regional/program sales goals and execution plans
• Lead and mentor large cross-functional teams
• Own end-to-end P&L including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
• Engage with clients to design analytics-driven business solutions
• Plan and execute projects with strong governance and risk mitigation
• Identify growth opportunities and lead business development initiatives
🎓 Qualifications & Skills:
• MBA (preferred) or Master’s in Business/Marketing/Analytics/Economics
• 5+ years of relevant experience in program management, sales ops, or analytics-driven roles
• Strong P&L and stakeholder management experience
• Excellent analytical, client-facing, and project management skills
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment
