The role
- Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day online class operations, managing communications and workflows across social impact organizations and key stakeholders.
- Client Onboarding & Strategy: Lead the client onboarding journey with a strategic focus on sales drive, high-touch experience, and execution.
- Lead & Inspire: Coach, mentor, and lead a multi-disciplinary team of trainers, fellows, interns, and ops associates. You set the bar for quality and speed!
- Be the Chief Problem Solver: Spot roadblocks before they happen. You'll step in to mentor students through complex project hurdles, keeping their impact goals on track.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Public Policy, Entrepreneurship, Marketing & Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years of track record in client servicing, premium EdTech sales, operations management, or high-touch project delivery.
- Educator at Heart: A deep love for reading, mentoring, and staying ahead of global social trends.
- Execution & Speed: Ability to rapidly implement new processes (e.g., deploying onboarding workflows across teams within a week) backed by strong data-driven decision-making.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, with a natural ability to connect, engage, and build rapport with high-school/college students and international stakeholders.
- Agility & Work Ethic: Comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment and managing a 6-day hybrid work week model.
