Senior Academic Associate | B2C Sales
Join a fast-growing ed-tech brand redefining higher education for working professionals and fresh graduates. We are looking for passionate, target-driven sales professionals who can guide learners toward the right UG & PG programs while delivering a premium counseling experience.
Key Responsibilities
Drive admissions through consultative B2C sales and lead conversion.
Engage with prospects via calls, demos, emails, and virtual sessions.
Understand learner aspirations and recommend suitable degree programs.
Manage the complete sales funnel through CRM platforms.
Consistently achieve revenue and enrollment targets through high-quality sales practices.
What We’re Looking For
0–5 years of experience in B2C/EdTech sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM and dialer tools.
Self-driven, result-oriented mindset with strong ownership.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
