Role Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Advisor to join our team in New Delhi. This full-time, on-site role involves managing and driving success for various skilling and educational programs offered by Futurense Technologies. Responsibilities include collaborating with academia and industry partners, providing expert guidance to program participants, developing program strategies to meet market needs, and ensuring overall program quality and outcomes. The Senior Program Advisor will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align program goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Leadership and mentoring skills to guide program participants and junior colleagues.
- Program development and management experience, including strategy planning and execution.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with academia and corporate partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt strategies to meet industry changes and challenges.
- Passion for AI, upskilling, and talent development; domain knowledge in education and technology innovation is a plus.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and program optimization tools or methodologies.
