Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and driven individuals for the position of Program Advisor/Sr. Program Advisor at Campus Walkin. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential candidates, guiding them through our programs, and contributing to the growth of our startup.
Responsibility
Proactively reach out and connect with 100-150 new prospects daily, while engaging with an additional candidate to achieve sales targets. - Conduct tele-calls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chat interactions to effectively communicate the value of our programs. - Cultivate high-quality, engagement-driven discussions with prospective candidates and facilitate their enrollment in our learning programs. - Implement data-driven sales management, overseeing the entire sales funnel from lead stage to conversion, and building an engagement-based sales model using CRM tools. - Focus on maintaining high-quality sales processes and adherence to established standards.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to counsel and engage with diverse learners effectively
- Capability in customer relationship management, client service, and addressing student queries
- Proficiency in using digital tools for tracking leads, maintaining records, and facilitating online communications
- Experience in education counseling, sales, or advisory roles is advantageous
- Ability to work independently, meet enrollment targets, and collaborate within interdisciplinary teams
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and excellent time management
- Passion for education and making a positive impact on learners’ career growth.
