As a Professional Services Solutions Architect Consultant, you will help customers successfully adopt the Tufin Orchestration Suite and SecureCloud by delivering onsite and remote implementation and consulting services. This includes discovery sessions, solution design, installation, configuration, testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer. You will work closely with account teams and customers to deliver value and support project teams in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Deploy Tufin Orchestration Suite at customers and manage the complete deployment life cycle - planning through completion
- Scope, design, and deploy customizations and integrations using Python, REST APIs, Graph QL, Postgres/SQL
- Lead value-added services, such as process automation, best practices, integration activities, etc.
- Provide routine adoption-based tasks, such as health checks and abbreviated training
- Function as a technical resource for best practices, customer (high-level) training, and how-to questions
- Function as a technical lead and mentor to junior PS staff in a variety of projects, tasks, and initiatives
- Perform hybrid development for customer PS solutions
- Participate in post-sales customer meetings, presentations, requirements gathering, and solution review
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Customer Success, Support, Engineering, and Sales teams, in order to identify opportunities that impact satisfaction
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in networking and security; 3+ years in professional services preferred
- Customer-facing experience in network/security consulting (pre- and post-sale)
- Strong Linux system administration and troubleshooting skills (K8s, Docker, logs)
- Hands-on experience with Python, REST APIs, SQL/Postgres, Kubernetes, and Docker
- Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, public/private cloud)
- Scripting experience with Bash and/or Python
- Experience with enterprise networking and/or firewall platforms (Cisco, Palo Alto, Check Point, Juniper); both preferred
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments; strong presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to travel as required
- B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering or related field
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Juniper Networks Certified Professional (JNCIS), Juniper Networks Certified Expert (JNCIP) certification(s) preferred
