A reputed and growing organization engaged in financial advisory and project consultancy invites applications from highly experienced professionals for the position of Senior Consultant / Manager – Project Funding.
The role requires a dynamic professional with strong expertise in arranging project finance from Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions for medium and large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities:
• Structuring and arranging project funding from Banks, NBFCs, and Financial Institutions.
• Preparation of Detailed Project Reports (DPR), financial projections, and financial feasibility reports.
• Liaison and negotiations with lenders for debt funding and project finance.
• Financial analysis including cash flow projections, ratio analysis, and funding structuring.
• Managing documentation and coordination for financial closure of projects. Eligibility:
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in arranging project finance.
• Strong knowledge of project report preparation, financial modeling, and banking requirements.
• Excellent liaisoning, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Candidates with experience in handling large funding proposals will be preferred. Remuneration: Highly attractive compensation package with substantial performance-based incentives, commensurate with experience and success in funding arrangements.
