Role Overview
LPL's Hyderabad GCC is looking for a Corporate Audio-Visual & Unified Communications Lead to own end-to-end AV operations across the India location and support APAC/global collaboration needs. This role is responsible for meeting room modernization, executive event AV readiness, vendor management, and driving AV standards in line with global collaboration technology strategy.
Key Responsibilities
AV Operations & Service Delivery
- Lead end-to-end Corporate AV services covering meeting rooms, multipurpose spaces, digital signage, and executive events
- Own AV readiness and delivery for hybrid townhalls, leadership meetings, and executive/board-level events
- Support video conferencing platforms: Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex
- Proactively test and validate AV rooms ahead of key meetings/events to ensure zero-incident delivery
Room Modernization & Technology Lifecycle
- Drive AV room modernization and lifecycle refresh initiatives, including migration from legacy systems (e.g., Cisco) to modern platforms (Neat, DTEN, Logitech, MTR)
- Manage VC device lifecycle — configuration, upgrades, and compliance with global AV standards
- Own AV asset lifecycle tracking and configuration accuracy in CMDB
Incident, Vendor & Stakeholder Management
- Use ServiceNow (Incident, RITM, Change) for all AV event requests, incidents, and governance
- Manage AV incident and problem resolution, engaging third-party vendors as needed
- Collaborate with Global Real Estate, Facilities, IT, PMO, and vendors to deliver scalable AV solutions
- Track projects/tasks via Jira using Agile/Scrum methodology
Documentation & Enablement
- Create SOPs, utilization dashboards, and operational reports
- Train IT support teams on AV systems and troubleshooting
- Manage digital signage platforms (e.g., Appspace, BrightSign) across locations
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years in Corporate AV / Unified Communications, with enterprise-scale collaboration environments
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex, Q-SYS, Biamp Tesira, Dante Audio
- Experience with ServiceNow and CMDB-based asset tracking (e.g., Symphony)
- Proven track record managing AV refresh programs and executive-level event delivery
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience working in APAC/global, multi-site environments
Good to Have
- Cisco Collaboration stack experience (CUCM, Unity, Webex Control Hub, IP Telephony)
- Relevant certifications: CCNA Collaboration, Biamp, Dante, Kramer AV/Audio Specialist
- Experience in a shared services / GCC / financial services environment
Education
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics, Communications, or related
