Senior Production Manager – Live Events
Location: Mumbai | Job Type: Full-Time | Experience: 7–8 Years
About the Role
Team Innovation is looking for an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead the planning and execution of concerts, festivals, tours, and large-scale live events across India. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience delivering high-quality live productions from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end production planning and on-ground execution of live events.
* Manage production budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
* Coordinate with artists, venues, production partners, and internal teams.
* Oversee staging, sound, lighting, LED, power, fabrication, logistics, and site operations.
* Conduct venue recce, production planning, rehearsals, and show execution.
* Ensure timely delivery, safety compliance, and smooth event operations.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve on-ground challenges effectively.
Requirements
* 7–8 years of experience in live event production.
* Proven experience in concerts, festivals, tours, or large-format events.
* Strong vendor network and negotiation skills.
* Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
* Willingness to travel extensively across India.
