Role Description
The Senior Production Manager will oversee production operations, ensuring projects meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints. Responsibilities include planning and executing production schedules, managing team performance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role will also focus on managing relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and clients to drive operational success. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Canada.
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in production or operations management in a relevant industry is mandatory.
- Familiarity with production software, tools, and metrics to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
