A leading knitwear manufacturing company based in Ludhiana is seeking an experienced production manager to lead high-volume manufacturing operations.
Experience Required:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in knitwear / garment manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end knitwear production operations
- Production planning, line balancing, and capacity utilisation
- Ensure quality standards, compliance, and prompt dispatch
- Improve efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization.
- Lead shop-floor teams and middle management
- Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and supply chain teams
Desired Profile:
- Strong exposure to structured knitwear manufacturing units
- Hands-on experience in large-scale production environments
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Process-driven and result-oriented approach
