Job SummaryThe Senior Facade Production Manager will be responsible for owning and driving the entire production lifecycle of façade systems—from planning to execution. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to achieve operational excellence, ensure timely delivery, and maintain the highest quality standards. The candidate will also lead quality assessments and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management
- Manage, monitor, and evaluate the end-to-end façade production process
- Ensure adherence to production timelines, specifications, and delivery commitments
- Drive efficiency, productivity, and cost optimization across manufacturing operations
- Production Planning & Scheduling
- Plan and organize production schedules in line with project requirements
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to align production output
- Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively implement corrective measures
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Contribute to production planning, budgeting, and cost estimation
- Monitor material usage, wastage, and operational costs
- Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality
- Quality Assurance
- Lead and monitor quality assessments at all stages of production
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and internal quality benchmarks
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction
- Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage production teams, supervisors, and shop floor staff
- Ensure proper manpower planning, training, and performance management
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement
- Safety & Compliance
- Maintain a safe and compliant production environment
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations, SOPs, and statutory requirements
- Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with key internal stakeholders such as Factory Head, Quality Manager, Design Team, and Procurement
- Liaise with external stakeholders including vendors, contractors, and clients when required
- Ensure seamless communication across departments for smooth execution
- Process Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancement
- Implement best practices in façade fabrication and lean manufacturing
- Drive digitization and reporting improvements in production systems
- Reporting & MIS
- Generate and present production reports, KPIs, and dashboards to senior management
- Track performance metrics such as productivity, rejection rates, and on-time delivery
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production, Mechanical, Civil, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in production, preferably in façade, aluminium, or construction-related manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of façade systems, fabrication processes, and materials
