Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Production Engineer role located in Jaipur. The responsibilities include planning and overseeing the production processes, implementing production schedules, and ensuring quality control measures are maintained. The candidate will analyze production data for efficiency improvements, collaborate with the design and testing teams, and address any troubleshooting or operational challenges. Coordination with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing processes and meet project timelines is also a key part of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Production Engineering and Production Planning
- Proficient in Quality Control standards and processes
- Excellent Analytical Skills for evaluating and improving production workflows
- Effective Communication skills for team collaboration and reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar production engineering role, ideally in the transformer or electrical manufacturing sector
