Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Production Engineer role for (Cold Roll 6HI Mill) located in Raipur. The Senior Production Engineer will oversee production processes, ensure efficient production planning, and implement quality control measures. Daily responsibilities include analyzing, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing operations, monitoring equipment performance, and preparing reports to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and the implementation of best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Engineering and Production Planning to manage and optimize manufacturing processes efficiently.
- Strong Analytical Skills for identifying process improvements and resolving operational issues.
- Experience with Quality Control to uphold high product standards and compliance with certifications.
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with tools and software for production planning and optimization is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing or steel production environment is preferred.
