Ensure comprehensive information gathering through client meetings, site visits, and review of project documents. Analyze financial aspects using advanced financial modeling, benchmarking, scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and stress testing. Review project cash flows, debt service coverage ratios, and other financial indicators to assess the financial feasibility and profitability of potential projects. Ensure project documents, including concession agreements, purchase agreements, and off-take agreements. Engage in deal discussions with internal stakeholders and contribute to term sheet preparation and negotiation.
