Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City for a Senior Product Specialist. The Senior Product Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of core financial products, driving product development, undertaking extensive market and customer research, and analyzing competition. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch new products or enhance existing ones, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry standards. Additionally, the candidate will work to improve product performance, manage budgets, and provide periodic updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Product development, lifecycle management, and process improvement experience
- Market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis proficiency
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with an ability to work across teams
- Experience in financial services, fintech, insurance, or wealth management industries (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
- Tech-savviness and familiarity with digital tools to enhance product offerings
