Role Summary:
We are looking for a
Senior Software Engineer to join our team, building and evolving the core identity, profile, and domain services that power critical business workflows across
Client, Staff, and User domains.
This role is ideal for an engineer who can combine
strong backend engineering fundamentals with
modern API design,
GraphQL-based domain modeling, and
AI-assisted development practices. You will design and deliver scalable services in
C#/.NET, build supporting automation and tools and leverage
coding agents / AI-native development workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining high engineering quality.
Experience Required: 6 to 10 years.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with C# .NET backend development
- Experience designing and building GraphQL APIs, including schema design and mutation workflows
- Strong understanding of API design principles (REST and/or GraphQL), including versioning, contract stability, validation, and security
- Ability to design and implement clean, maintainable, testable backend systems
- Experience working with relational and/or service-backed domain data models
- Familiarity with CI/CD, automated testing, and modern software delivery practices
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills in production-oriented systems.
Preferred / Strongly Valued
- Experience with coding agents / AI-assisted software development tools
- Experience working in an agentic SDLC or AI-native engineering workflow
- Experience building GraphQL write operations in complex business domains
- Familiarity with domain-driven design, service boundaries, and contract-first engineering
- Experience with distributed systems, event-driven integrations, or enterprise platform services
- Exposure to authentication/authorization, profile/identity systems, or access-aware service design
- Experience with observability, resiliency patterns, and production incident troubleshooting
