Designation - Senior Product Manager - Revenue Growth
Exp - 4 to 7 years
Budget - 20 to 25 LPA Fixed
Location - HSR Layout, Bangalore
THE ROLE
This is not a conventional PM role. You will own the commercial outcomes of the product as much as you own the roadmap. You'll identify new monetisation verticals, launch free and freemium products that drive top-of-funnel, and work directly with sales and marketing to convert pipeline — all while shipping features that deepen platform adoption.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Revenue & Monetisation
→ Identify and evaluate new product verticals and monetisation opportunities within the creator economy
→ Define pricing strategy for new features, tiers, and add-ons in collaboration with sales leadership
→ Own demo booking conversion — designing in-product flows, CTAs, and nudges that drive qualified pipeline
→ Launch and iterate on free tools and freemium features to expand top-of-funnel reach
→ Track revenue-linked product metrics: trial-to-paid conversion, feature attach rates, expansion MRR
GTM & Sales Enablement
→ Partner with sales and marketing to create product-led content, battle cards, and competitive positioning
→ Build feedback loops between GTM teams and product to surface objections and unmet needs quickly
→ Define and drive go-to-market plans for new feature launches, including messaging and communication strategy
Product Development & Adoption
→ Own end-to-end product delivery — from discovery and prioritisation to launch and retrospective
→ Drive product adoption through onboarding flows, in-app education, and engagement experiments
→ Define success metrics, run A/B tests, and iterate rapidly based on usage data and customer feedback
→ Work with engineering to maintain a lean, well-prioritised backlog with clear acceptance criteria
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Must Haves
→ 4–7 years in product management at a SaaS or marketplace company
→ Demonstrated experience owning revenue or growth metrics directly
→ Strong analytical thinking — comfortable with funnels, cohorts, and conversion data
→ Experience launching 0→1 features or products end-to-end
→ Excellent communication — can sell an idea internally and externally
Strong Signals
→ Prior experience with PLG (product-led growth) strategies
→ Exposure to B2B SaaS pricing, packaging, or sales-assist motions
→ Familiarity with the creator economy, influencer marketing, or adtech
→ Experience working in a startup with <100 people
→ Prior GTM collaboration or growth PM designation
