Role’s mission
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead our product. You’ll own and execute the entire product strategy from user experience to pricing. You’ll collaborate with engineering, analytics, design, and operations teams to optimize existing and build and launch new high-quality products. We expect you to iterate quickly, set clear goals, and be rigorous with focus and priorities. If you tend to speed things up, are fascinated by ambiguity and enjoy outsmarting

What You’ll Do
- Own and execute product strategy to defend and grow market share in heavy competition
- Define and own pricing strategy and unit economics.
- Run continuous experimentation on courier supply, delivery SLAs, and customer activation and retention.
- Identify and validate new revenue lines and business model pivots (new business models, verticals, etc.).
- Ship fast with engineering, ops, and analytics in a resource-constrained environment.
- Own the full product lifecycle from user research, data analytics and spec to launch and post-mortem.
- Lead 1–2 product managers.

- Exceptional empathy: you strive to understand people and know how to create positive user experiences.
- Product execution in constrained environments: you've shipped products without big teams or big budgets. You scope requirements ruthlessly and know what to cut.
- Data-driven experimentation: you design experiments, pick the right metrics, and make calls from data.
- Technical fluency: you can read data, challenge an engineering estimate, and spec an API integration.
- You are AI-native or actively adopting it.
