About the Role:
We're looking for a sharp, execution-focused and customer-obsessed Product Manager for our Offline Checkout experience
— building seamless, scalable in-store journeys for millions of customers. This role will involve working closely with merchant partners, sales, design, and engineering to own the product lifecycle across checkout touchpoints (POS integrations, QR, SMS journeys, etc.)
Key Responsibilities:
● Own the roadmap for Snapmint’s offline checkout products across retail stores and partner outlets
● Define product specs, customer flows, and work with design to create frictionless in-store experiences
● Collaborate with engineering to ship impactful features and ensure quick iteration cycles
● Work with business and partnerships teams to scale and customize solutions across categories and merchant types
● Deeply understand customer pain points, merchant processes, and tech/ops constraints
● Drive metrics related to in-store conversion, NPS, and partner adoption
● Analyze product performance post-launch, gather user and partner feedback, and iterate to drive continuous improvement
● Drive seamless POS and hardware integrations while enabling strong in-store adoption across partner merchant networks and retail ecosystems
Qualifications:
● 5-7 years of product management experience in fintech, retail tech, consumer apps or marketplaces
● Strong first-principles thinker with hands-on ownership of live products at scale
● Experience with mobile-first user journeys, especially in high-friction environments (payments, identity, KYC, etc.)
● Structured communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally and hustle through ambiguity
● Bonus: Experienced in building POS integrations, QR-based flows, or store ops products
