PositionOverview We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and strategic planning of cutting-edge solutions within the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain. This role will involve driving the product lifecycle—from ideation to execution—by integrating AI/ML technologies, workflow optimization, and advanced analytics to enhance healthcare operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Healthcare RCM processes, excellent strategic and critical thinking abilities, and strong experience with cross-functional collaboration. Lab Space expertise is a valuable addition to guide clinical and operational improvements using AI/ML technologies. As the Product Manager, you will work closely with customers, engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure the product supports the company’s strategy and business goals, reporting regularly to product leadership
Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.
10+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3-5+ years of experience as IC or leading products or services, particularly in US Healthcare RCM or healthcare tech.
Strong experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery & product retirement.
Exposure to US healthcare provider systems and knowledge of PMS/EHR systems and EDI.
Experience working in clinical environments, lab spaces, understanding clinical workflows.
Experience with agile methodologies (e.g., TDD, BDD, SAFE), tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Scrum.
Proven working experience on AI/ML product development with a understanding of machine learning models, NLP, and predictive analytics. AI-driven clinical applications like clinical trial management systems or electronic health records (EHR).
Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Skills:
Strong experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to delivery & product retirement.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and workflow automation tools in healthcare.
Familiar with data analytics, including SQL, Big Data analytics tools, and data visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
Familiarity with IoT integration and use of real-time data in clinical settings.
Soft Skills:

Job Roles & Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision:
Define the product roadmap for Healthcare RCM, incorporating AI/ML, NLP, predictive analytics to automate and improve denial management, charge entry, payment accuracy, AR prioritization, and more.
Develop and communicate the product vision to ensure alignment with company goals and client needs, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Strategically design global modules that meet diverse stakeholder needs, ensuring the product’s scalability and adaptability.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and areas for innovation, especially in the context of AI/ML applications in healthcare. Requirement Gathering & Product
Lifecycle Management:
Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders across engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams, transforming business needs into technical product features.
Define user stories, business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications (FRS), and system requirement specifications (SRS), ensuring product goals are met.
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation, through development, and to eventual product release, including the retirement or phase-out of outdated features.
Conduct data analysis, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and provide actionable solutions for identified challenges.
Develop and execute the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of AI-driven solutions that meet business and customer needs. Credence Resource Management v2.1 Effective – January 21, 2026 Collaboration & Cross-functional Leadership:
Lead and work closely with engineering teams, designers, data scientists, and client-facing teams to ensure successful execution of product features.
Oversee agile development processes, including defining user stories, leading sprint planning, conducting sprint reviews, and ensuring successful delivery of features.
Collaborate with lab space and clinical teams to understand how AI solutions can improve clinical workflows, data analysis, and operational efficiency.
Act as a product evangelist and subject matter expert in AI/ML technologies, healthcare RCM workflows, and clinical applications. AI/ML Integration & AI Governance (Basic understanding)
Drive the integration of AI-powered solutions into healthcare systems, focusing on automation, predictive analytics, and AI-based decision support.
Work with data teams to ensure the proper collection and analysis of data to support machine learning models and continuously improve product accuracy and performance.
Ensure all AI systems are aligned with HIPAA and data privacy regulations, and follow ethical AI development principles.
Manage product integrations with clinical trial management systems, PMS/EHR systems, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, EDI).
Product Delivery & Customer Interaction (Mid Level expertise):
Lead product demonstrations, customer enablement, and internal training to drive product adoption and client satisfaction.
Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, and assess the impact of AI-driven solutions on healthcare operations.
Continuously gather feedback from customers to refine the product and develop new features, ensuring the product supports clinical and operational workflows.
Technical Documentation & Quality Assurance (Basic Understanding):
Write and maintain clear technical requirements, specifications, and product documentation to ensure proper product understanding across teams.
Define success criteria for product testing and lead quality assurance (QA) activities to ensure high-quality, reliable product delivery.
Collaborate with QA teams to develop test cases and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to verify product.
