Job Title: Senior Product Manager / Group Product Manager – Gynaecology / Infertility / Women’s Health

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Senior Product Manager / Group Product Manager – Gynaecology / Infertility / Women’s Health. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in managing these therapy portfolios, with expertise in product lifecycle management, launch strategy, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and drive the Gynaecology / Infertility / Women’s Health product portfolio
Develop and execute product strategy and brand management initiatives
Lead new product launches and lifecycle management activities
Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and identify growth opportunities
Work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Medical, and Regulatory
Lead, mentor, and manage the Product Management team to ensure effective execution of brand strategies and achievement of business targets
Build strong stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication across teams
Support business growth through innovative marketing and portfolio strategies
Key Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Pharma Product Management
Strong experience in Gynaecology / Infertility / Women’s Health segment (Mandatory)
Proven exposure to product strategy, brand management, and new product launches
Hands-on experience in team handling and people management
Good understanding of market dynamics and competitor landscape
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to work in a cross-functional environment and drive execution
Preferred Qualification:
MBA in Marketing / Life Sciences preferred
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Candidates with strong exposure to Gynaecology / Infertility / Women’s Health therapy areas will be prioritized
Strong analytical, leadership, and execution capabilities
Prior experience in specialty portfolio management is an added advantage
