Role Description The Senior Product Manager for Canada Opportunities will lead the design, development, and optimization of immigration and visa-related products tailored to applicants seeking Canadian pathways. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada, working closely with cross-functional teams including immigration consultants, marketing, sales, and operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product strategy and roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement. The role involves conducting market and competitor research, gathering client and stakeholder feedback, and using data to refine services and digital tools that support applicants. The Senior Product Manager will also mentor junior team members, coordinate with technology partners, and ensure products comply with relevant immigration guidelines and internal quality standards.
Qualifications
- Strong product management expertise, including roadmap ownership, requirements gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder management.
- Experience with market research, customer insights, and data-driven decision-making to shape product strategy and features.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, marketing, sales, and technology.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly.
- Background in immigration, travel, legal services, or related service industries is highly beneficial; familiarity with Canadian immigration processes is a plus.
