Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead our Australia Opportunities portfolio. This full-time role is based in Australia. As the Senior Product Manager, you will oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, gather and prioritize customer requirements, define the product vision, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of services tailored to customer needs. Your role will also involve market analysis, improving user performance metrics, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Product Management, Product Strategy, and defining product roadmaps
- Experience with Market Analysis, Competitive Research, and Data-driven Decision-Making
- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies, Process Optimization, and Project Management
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and leadership abilities
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Familiarity with the Australian immigration system is a strong plus
