Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Product Manager role based in Abroad. The role involves overseeing the development and execution of product strategies to enhance services for clients seeking international job opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting market analysis, defining product roadmaps, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals. The Senior Product Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders to optimize processes and deliver a seamless user experience.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Product Management, including roadmap development, feature prioritization, and resource allocation
- Proficient in conducting Market Research and deriving actionable insights
- Excellent communication and Presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Familiarity with International Immigration processes is highly desirable
- Exceptional Organizational and Leadership abilities to manage teams and achieve project goals
- Proven ability to create a user-centric approach to product development
- Experience working with data-driven decision-making tools
- Relevant Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in product management or related roles, preferably in the immigration or consulting industry
