We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with 3 to 5+ years of experience to lead product strategy and execution. You will own key product areas, drive innovation, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions in the EdTech and credentialing space.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
- Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Translate business goals into clear product requirements and features.
- Conduct deep market research, user analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Identify and execute product innovation opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and leadership teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Ensure product scalability, performance, and user experience.
- Lead product launches and go-to-market strategies with marketing teams.
- Enable sales with product positioning, demos, and training.
- Engage with enterprise clients (universities, institutions) for feedback and product adoption.
- Define, monitor, and optimize KPIs and product success metrics.
- Drove data-driven decision-making using analytics and user insights.
- Manage priorities, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely product delivery.
- Stay updated on industry trends (EdTech, Blockchain, AI).
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management (SaaS / EdTech preferred).
- Strong experience in owning products or major features end-to-end.
- Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Tech, Design, Sales).
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to convert business problems into scalable product solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Exposure to APIs, integrations, and platform-based products.
- Experience in the EdTech/Higher Education domain.
- Knowledge of blockchain or digital credentialing systems.
- Familiarity with AI-driven product features.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Productboard, Figma, etc.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent experience in product management is preferred.
