Role Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Product Manager to oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management. In this full-time, on-site role located in Indore, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement innovative financial solutions for our clients. You will identify market trends, gather customer insights, and translate them into actionable product strategies. This role also involves managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring product alignment with business objectives. A key aspect of the role is to optimize product performance and measure success through market research and user feedback.
Qualifications
- Strong product lifecycle management skills, including product roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and lifecycle optimization
- Strategic thinking and market research proficiency, with the ability to translate trends and insights into effective product strategies
- Exceptional project management and cross-functional collaboration experience to drive product development and execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team coordination
- Proficiency in problem-solving, data analysis, and decision-making to deliver key results
- Experience in the financial services or stockbroking industry is highly desirable
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Knowledge of emerging financial technologies and trends is an added advantage
