Senior Product Manager – Fintech Platform (Multiple Openings)
We are hiring Senior Product Managers across multiple product domains at a large-scale fintech platform serving rural and semi-urban India through an extensive agent network. These are backend-heavy, systems-first roles — not feature PM roles.
All openings require the same core profile: technical depth in APIs, transaction flows, and state-based systems; strong PRD writing at an engineering level; comfort with failure handling, reconciliation, and ops-heavy product environments; and the ability to own outcomes end-to-end without hand-holding.
Open domains
We are hiring across four areas. Shortlisted candidates will be matched to the most relevant domain based on their background:
- Assisted Cash & In-Person Payments: AePS, mATM, NPCI flows, device integrations, transaction reliability at counter level
- BBPS, CMS & Bill Payments: Bill collection, CMS rails, settlement, dispute and reconciliation systems
- Growth, Engagement & Monetisation: Loyalty and rewards systems, Next Best Action engines, incentive design, cross-product adoption
- Care, Enablement & Learning: In-app care workflows, chatbot systems, digital learning platforms, NPS and retention infrastructure
You are a strong fit if you have
- 3–5 years in product roles across fintech, payments, or consumer platforms
- Owned systems with high transaction volume, live failure handling, or ops complexity
- Written deeply technical PRDs and worked daily with backend engineering teams
- Domain exposure in at least one of the areas listed above
- Engineering degree preferred
This is not the right role if
- You have only built consumer UI layers or feature-level products
- You avoid reconciliation, ops, or backend-heavy problem spaces
- You optimise for shipping features rather than owning outcomes
